The document «Good practices for the valorisation of alternative food resources», developed by UniCT, partner of the “JESMED” project, aims to provide practical information on the real possibilities of using alternative food resources in sheep farming. The food resources described here are agri-food by-products widespread in the Mediterranean area; in fact, these are by-products of olive oil, tomato, citrus fruits, pomegranate, hazelnuts and thistle.
